his set of three candleholders is handmade in Tamegroute, a village in southern Morocco known for its earthy pottery and iconic green glaze. This version features a more expressive touch — the surface is finished in a splatter-glaze technique, where deep green pigment is hand-flicked over a natural clay base.
Each piece is shaped by hand, fired in traditional wood-burning kilns, and finished individually. The result is unpredictable and raw — no two patterns are ever alike.
Every piece carries its own journey in the kiln.
Some more subtle, some more bold — each one has its own rhythm.
This set includes three sizes that work beautifully styled together or on their own — on a dining table, shelf, or altar. The contrast of glazed and unglazed areas gives these pieces a painterly, sculptural presence.

⚠️ Please note: Tamegroute pottery is famous for its rustic charm, featuring minor imperfections such as baking marks, fine lines, and sometimes small treated chips — all of which add character to each unique piece. If you are looking for a perfect, machine-made pottery item, this pottery type is not for you.
