Handmade Tamegroute Ceramic Floor Vase Collection – Tall Moroccan Pottery in Deep Green Glaze
Born in the arid landscapes of southern Morocco, these tall Tamegroute ceramic vases are shaped slowly by hand in a small village atelier, where pottery is still guided by instinct, tradition, and fire.
Each vase begins as raw earth, fragile and unassuming. It then enters the kiln, where intense heat, smoke, and flame take control. No two journeys through the kiln are ever the same. Some areas darken, others turn deep emerald, moss, or ash-green. Tiny marks, drips, and variations appear naturally. This unpredictable transformation mirrors human life itself: pressure, patience, resilience, and ultimately character.
The tall, amphora-inspired silhouette gives these vases a strong architectural presence, making them ideal as floor vases, statement pieces, or grounding elements in large interiors. Their vertical form balances beautifully with organic branches, dried florals, or can stand alone as sculptural objects.
Each piece is entirely handmade using traditional techniques passed down through generations. There are no molds, no industrial finishes, and no corrections after firing. What emerges from the kiln is final, honest, and unrepeatable.
These vases are not decorative trends. They are objects with history, time, and soul, created to age beautifully and live alongside you.
