This single candleholder is handmade in Tamegroute, a Moroccan village known for its ancient pottery techniques and distinctive green glaze. It stands 25 cm tall, with a bold silhouette and earthy finish that tells the story of its making.
Each piece is thrown by hand and fired in traditional clay kilns, where ash and flame create subtle variations — darker patches, small kiln marks, and glazing irregularities that make every piece unique.
Every piece carries its own journey in the kiln.
What you’re holding is not just decor — it’s a moment of tradition, frozen in clay.
At 25 cm (approx. 10 inches), this candleholder has presence. Display it as a standalone accent or pair it with other heights for a sculptural cluster.
• Height: 25 cm (10")
• Width: 7 cm (2.75")
⚠️ Please note: Tamegroute pottery is famous for its rustic charm, featuring minor imperfections such as baking marks, fine lines, and sometimes small treated chips — all of which add character to each unique piece. If you are looking for a perfect, machine-made pottery item, this pottery type is not for you!
This is a one-of-a-kind piece, made in small batches and never identical.
