Tamegroute Green Fruit Bowl or Planter – Handmade Moroccan Pottery
Rooted in centuries-old Berber tradition, these handmade bowls are crafted in Tamegroute — a village in southern Morocco whose name means “the last place before the desert.”
Each piece is shaped by hand and finished in Tamegroute’s iconic green glaze, known for its earthy depth and unpredictable range — from soft sage to deep olive. Each bowl carries its journey in the kiln, where time, fire, and mineral-rich clay create one-of-a-kind tones and textures.
Designed with versatility in mind, these bowls are perfect as fruit bowls, rustic serving pieces, or repurposed as soulful planters. Their weight, shape, and glossy patina make them as functional as they are sculptural — whether styled on a kitchen counter, outdoor table, or shelf.
